In 2017, I graduated from St. Thomas University (STU) with a Bachelor of Arts. My major was in History and my minor was in both French and Spanish. While attending STU, I was a contributing writer for TimePiece’s Undergraduate Journal, as well as a contributing writer and editor for the Astrolabe Undergraduate Journal of History. My research interests include the history of marriage, women’s movements, and the treatment of Canadian Indigenous Peoples.
I am currently pursuing my Juris Doctor at the University of New Brunswick, with the intention of studying and practicing in the areas of property, family, and Aboriginal law. This summer, I am a research assistant in the P-SEC lab. I look forward to developing my research skills on a variety of projects, exposing myself to new and varied life experiences, and working with a diverse group of researchers.
